Langley Theatre Workshop think it is important and vital that children and youth be empowered.  We do this by allowing them to make their own decisions within a set structure and teaching them how to accept the outcome of those dicisions.  We have a panel of twelve dedicated, loyal and hardworking young people who come together to dicuss, imput and make dicissions concerning Langley Theatre Workshop.  The committee also provide a voice for all other children attending LTW by bringing forward issues and topics that enable us as an organisation to provide exactly what young people want in terms of future projects etc. 

If you would like to become a member of the Junior Management team, please put forward your name in the office and there will be a vote by all the young people involved.
